Lead development, deployment, and operationalization of statistical and machine learning models for Grainger's digital products. Design and automate experiments, analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Support digital product areas (search, recommendations, checkout), mentor junior team members, and apply techniques including regression, classification, boosting, NLP, and time series forecasting.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Grainger's enterprise data platform. Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to define requirements, manage intake/triage, drive adoption, measure outcomes, and enable self-service data and MLOps capabilities. Prioritize platform initiatives, coordinate dependencies, and communicate changes via docs, demos, and workshops.
