Provide technical product support and consultative services for TransUnion Insurance Solutions during implementation and post-sale phases. Drive process improvements and automation (including AI) to scale operations, perform data analysis and client reviews, gather voice-of-customer insights, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver actionable product enhancements and operational efficiencies.
