Manage inquiries, account setup, compliance, reconciliations, data validation, and workflow prioritization while collaborating with clients and internal teams. Resolve complex issues using internal tools and documentation, maintain strong client relationships, participate in long-term projects, and support training and oversight of junior staff.

The Service Delivery Manager engages with clients, ensures satisfaction, manages operational performance, provides reporting support, and enhances client relationships while leading a high-performing team.

Serve as primary client contact for large institutional clients, managing day-to-day engagement, monitoring client health, resolving escalations, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
