The Application Support Engineer II provides support for internal application issues, engages with employees to resolve tickets, documents common problems, and collaborates with engineering on bug fixes, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Manage customer upgrades to the combined Flywire-Sertifi system, drive adoption and change management, deliver training and onboarding, collaborate cross-functionally, use ChurnZero/Salesforce/Zendesk for account management, and identify upsell opportunities to maintain strong account health.
