Manage enterprise customer relationships for a SaaS supply chain platform, driving adoption, usage, retention, satisfaction, and product value. Establish strategic advisor relationships, facilitate executive business reviews, define customer goals and KPIs, identify upsell opportunities, support advocacy, manage escalations, and represent customer needs internally. The role partners closely with Sales and requires cross-functional collaboration and approximately 10% travel.

Leads a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for customer relationships, retention, satisfaction, account health, renewals, and expansion. Develops customer success playbooks, coaches team members, manages strategic account risks and escalations, partners with Sales and other departments, and hires and develops employees. Requires approximately 25% travel for client visits.
