Manage enterprise SaaS accounts with 150–999 vehicles, serving as the primary contact while driving retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and product adoption. Develop strategic account plans, lead discovery calls and demos, monitor account health, conduct business reviews, coordinate technical support, maintain CRM records, and track forecasts and KPIs. The role is remote with approximately 20% client travel.

Lead and manage enterprise trials/POCs, define success criteria, configure the Motive platform, provide training and stakeholder communication, analyze trial data, and drive trial-to-sale conversion while partnering with sales and engineering.
