Coordinates facilities service delivery for assigned client sites, managing work orders, vendors, client communications, escalations, timelines, warranties, lease responsibilities, and after-hours coverage. The role serves as a key point of contact among clients, affiliates, internal teams, landlords, municipalities, and service providers while supporting operational initiatives and maintaining accurate, confidential data.

Build and manage sustainable client relationships, assess customer needs, resolve escalated issues, develop account strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor customer performance, coordinate with Operations and vendors, and support exceptional customer experiences. The role also contributes to strategic planning, client presentations, field support, and ad hoc projects, with travel of up to 20%.
