The Account Manager drives strategic growth in the Residential department, builds client relationships, and ensures service excellence while managing projects and team collaboration.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex service projects, manage scheduling and vendor communication, act as final escalation before Team Lead, run reports/analysis, train team members, and maintain client satisfaction and data confidentiality. Works specified weekend/evening schedule.

Manage client relationships for residential property services, identify growth and upsell opportunities, ensure project alignment with client needs and budgets, track KPIs, resolve client issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive retention and revenue growth.
