The Customer Success Manager will enhance customer relationships, lead account planning and renewals, and drive product utilization to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for the Axiom decision-support product, troubleshoot complex issues, lead root-cause analysis, document cases, deliver customer/internal training, mentor junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure HIPAA-compliant PHI handling.

The Director of Customer Success will lead a team to enhance customer value, develop strategic account plans, and monitor product utilization while driving customer engagement and experience improvements.
