As a Technical Account Manager at Braze, you'll drive the technical relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring successful product adoption and value realization. You'll collaborate with customer success teams and manage complex customer environments while advocating for technical solutions and best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.

Lead a regional team of email deliverability consultants, own a small portfolio of customers, provide advanced deliverability support and escalation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic projects to improve processes, product, and customer outcomes.

Provide consultative email deliverability support to customers: troubleshoot deliverability issues, conduct audits, manage IP warming, address blocklists/spam traps/ISP issues, monitor metrics and reputations, deliver strategic long-term plans, and collaborate across Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Growth teams.

Serve as the primary technical advocate for a portfolio of named customers, owning platform integration, performance, escalations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Customer Success and Recurring Services to drive adoption, remove technical barriers, analyze support trends, run technical reviews, and transition clients from onboarding to ongoing support.
