Supports Account Managers and B2B travel and expense customers by resolving product configuration, integration, payment, policy, and platform issues. Communicates with program administrators, handles escalations, coordinates cross-functional solutions, drives adoption and retention, tracks customer KPIs, provides product feedback, and documents scalable processes.

Own strategic relationships with complex enterprise clients, serving as a trusted executive advisor and voice of the customer. Lead migrations from legacy travel-management technology to Navan, including scoping, implementation, go-live, and hypercare. Drive adoption, retention, compliance, training, health checks, business reviews, risk mitigation, and churn prevention. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on feedback, enhancement requests, and escalations while managing stakeholder alignment and change resistance.

Serve as primary client liaison for Event Travel, providing end-to-end travel support, fare and booking management, program coordination from post-sale to billing, troubleshooting using agent tools, maintaining documentation and SLAs, training on travel platforms, and supporting team leads to maximize revenue and client ROI.
