Own a portfolio of publisher accounts, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, revenue growth, platform adoption, and long-term client value. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive and operational client engagements, analyze performance, provide recommendations, manage forecasts and account health, maintain Salesforce records, and deliver onboarding, demos, and training. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Supply Operations, and Support teams on client outcomes, RFPs, and product improvements.

Manage strategic client relationships and serve as the operational lead across assigned accounts. Oversee digital marketing campaign execution, project timelines, cross-functional coordination, performance reporting, client communications, and business reviews. Develop client roadmaps, recommend optimizations, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Sales to drive account expansion. The role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with 6+ years of relevant experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Manage a portfolio of programmatic accounts end-to-end: own campaign execution, client communications, optimization, reporting, troubleshooting, and growth (upsell/renewals). Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Operations to drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.
