Partner with Product and Engineering, evolve the design system, conduct user research and usability testing, and design for measurable business outcomes. Prototype AI-enabled experiences, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
