The Staff Product Designer at Webflow will define and launch new products, collaborate across teams, engage with customers, and mentor designers to create innovative solutions.

Lead visual development and design strategy for core product surfaces (Designer, components, interactions, agentic capabilities). Own multi-team portfolio, define long-term strategy with Product and Engineering, translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences, set success metrics, mentor designers, and drive measurable product and platform growth through hands-on design and systems thinking.

Own end-to-end product design for Analyze: craft data visualizations, dashboards, and agentic UX. Partner with PMs, data scientists, engineers, and researchers to define metrics, build component libraries, run experiments, and iterate toward measurable adoption and time-to-insight.

Lead end-to-end design for new, AI-native products within the Develop pillar. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Insights to define ambiguous problems, prototype solutions, engage customers, present to stakeholders, and drive scalable, high-quality experiences and design strategy across surfaces.
