Own the end-to-end personalization experience across Babylist’s products, defining its vision, UX strategy, quality bar, KPIs, and research direction. Partner with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and merchandising leaders to set priorities, prototype, build, and ship high-impact experiences. Champion AI-native design workflows, mentor designers, establish craft and operating standards, and help evolve the organization’s design practices.

Lead end-to-end user experience design for web and native mobile products, running research, building rapid prototypes and production frontend code, evolving the design system, leveraging AI-native workflows, and partnering with PMs, engineers, and analysts to drive user-centered, outcome-focused product improvements.
