Supports process engineering and continuous improvement projects in a food manufacturing plant. Analyzes production data, downtime, material loss, and equipment performance; investigates root causes; and helps implement process, equipment, waste-reduction, and efficiency improvements. Collaborates with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, operators, and technical teams. May participate in Kaizen events and update process maps, standard operating procedures, training materials, and work instructions.

Lead oven design and process development for manufacturing sites, driving waste reduction, efficiency and quality improvements. Manage projects end-to-end, perform site assessments, FAT/SAT, coach technical teams, and deliver process specifications while working primarily on the plant floor.
