Leads global engineering standards, testing, and certification programs for advanced data center cooling technologies. Serves as a regional or global SME, develops test methods and equipment, performs complex thermal and fluid testing, and represents the organization in industry standards activities. Responsibilities include cold plate and immersion cooling validation, heat reuse certification, refrigerant and dielectric compatibility assessments, leak detection integration, regulatory alignment, client issue resolution, technical publications, continuous improvement, and workforce training.

Serve as a global SME for Industrial Metaverse technologies (PLCs, IoT, cloud/edge, digital twins, AI, EMC/RED, cybersecurity). Lead standards work, develop test programs, perform and supervise complex testing, train staff, represent UL externally, and support clients and continuous improvement across regional or global labs.

Lead and scale software engineering teams building SaaS platforms. Set technical strategy, ensure best practices (architecture, CI/CD, security), drive delivery and KPIs, partner with Product and cross-functional leaders, and develop engineering talent while introducing AI/data capabilities to improve platform scalability, reliability, and business outcomes.
