Serve as a trusted technical advisor to telecommunications carriers and enterprise customers. Design carrier-grade messaging, voice, identity, and fraud-prevention solutions; translate customer needs into scalable architectures and product enhancements; lead technical workshops and architecture reviews; support RFI/RFP responses; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and successful implementations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, support mission-critical production systems, lead incident resolution, and improve reliability and performance across global, regulated-data environments. Preferred experience includes AI/LLM integrations, globally distributed databases, multi-region architectures, and SRE practices.

Lead end-to-end technology for M&A transactions: perform pre-close technical due diligence, define target-state architecture, build cost models, and execute post-close integrations/carve-outs including TSA governance, cloud consolidation, and budget tracking, while aligning cross-functional stakeholders and unblocking engineering teams.

Lead global network strategy and execution for cloud, data center, and corporate environments. Drive modernization, automation, observability, resiliency, security, capacity planning, vendor strategy, and a service-based operating model while building and leading a high-performing global engineering organization.

Lead global technology operations to improve reliability, observability, automation, and AI-enabled operations across cloud, infrastructure, network, and platform teams. Drive incident and problem management, operational modernization, executive reporting, and build a high-performing global operations leadership team focused on service reliability and continuous improvement.
