Lead engineering and architecture for Snowflake-based data platforms and ingestion services supporting audience and measurement. Define strategy, SLAs/SLOs, scalability, cost optimization, cloud-native modernization, CI/CD and IaC adoption. Oversee high-volume data onboarding, normalization, hygiene, and activation workflows. Build and manage a high-performing engineering organization and budgets, partnering with product, privacy, revenue science, and partnerships.

Lead reliability, performance, and operational excellence for large-scale ad-tech distributed systems. Design and operate monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, automation, and secure production infrastructure. Mentor engineers, influence architecture for production readiness, run on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement of engineering operations and observability.

Lead the Buyer Cloud Tier-2 engineering team to ensure platform availability, performance, and operational excellence. Own incident response, RCA, release readiness, monitoring, automation, and cross-functional coordination while balancing hands-on troubleshooting, engineering initiatives, and people management.

Responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of data platforms. Design monitoring and alerting, automate deployments and recovery, optimize storage and query performance, troubleshoot incidents, plan capacity and scaling, document operations, enforce security/compliance, and collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science teams to maintain high availability of large-scale data systems.
