The role also guides AI/ML infrastructure strategy, FinOps, compliance, and integration dependencies without owning day-to-day operations or infrastructure implementation.

Builds AI-enabled automation and tools for ServiceNow and other platform administration, inventory, release planning, environment lifecycle management, upgrades, and deployment processes. The role includes process improvement, troubleshooting, best-practice development, stakeholder collaboration, and occasional after-hours or weekend support.
