The role develops engineering talent, strengthens execution and technical leadership, builds cross-functional partnerships, and treats internal developers and product teams as platform customers.

Leads a team of six to seven software engineers delivering scalable Brand Expedia Home experiences across web and native apps. Owns technical strategy, architecture, roadmap execution, engineering quality, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. Develops talent, manages dependencies and risks, connects technical decisions to business outcomes, and promotes responsible AI/ML adoption. Preferred experience includes React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, AWS, distributed systems, experimentation, and high-traffic consumer products.
