Manage administration and communications for health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs. Administer leaves of absence, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), run wellness initiatives, support open enrollment and system activities (Workday/SharePoint), analyze program utilization, and lead Total Rewards projects and process improvements.

Support development, delivery, and administration of learning and development and career-growth programs. Facilitate training (in-person and online), manage LMS tasks, coordinate logistics and schedules, track enrollments and completion, support stakeholder communications, vendor relationships, and OD outreach, and collaborate with team members on projects and reporting.
