Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief P&C Officer to drive People & Culture strategy, planning, and operations. Lead program management, prepare executive communications and leadership meetings, design reporting and data analysis, coordinate cross-team initiatives, facilitate offsites, and implement solutions to improve P&C effectiveness. Provide high-level support, track goals/projects, and manage supplementary projects.
