Resolves employee and labor relations matters, including investigations, disputes, mediations, disciplinary actions, hearings, and compliance hotline inquiries. Implements performance management and workplace conduct policies, supports collective bargaining activities, trains managers, maintains confidential records, and partners with legal, compliance, analytics, and HR teams. Coordinates employee relations projects, analyzes trends and metrics, develops preventive solutions, and advises managers and employees on employment and labor relations issues.

Serve as an embedded HR Business Partner in automotive manufacturing plants, driving HR strategy, labor relations, talent management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Lead union negotiations, grievance resolution, workforce planning, HR analytics, change management, and safety/wellness initiatives while supporting hourly and salaried employees and partnering closely with plant leadership.
