Manage employee benefits and wellness programs, including open enrollment, vendor implementations, M&A integrations, communications, and HRIS benefits technology. Govern enrollment platforms and carrier feeds, develop analytics dashboards, monitor regulatory changes, and support ERISA compliance activities such as Form 5500 preparation, plan reviews, and discrimination testing. Lead cross-functional initiatives and benefits vendor relationships.

Support and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding. Improve workflows through automation and self-service solutions, partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, maintain documentation and audit-ready controls, and lead operational improvement initiatives. Analyze service trends and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
