Own and configure the Workday Learning module and support broader Workday HCM. Manage learning programs, integrations, security, reporting, and release testing. Partner with Talent Development and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, provide tier 2/3 support, build learning reports/dashboards, and drive process improvements and change management.
