Lead and manage neutral, end-to-end workplace investigations, including evidence collection, interviews, credibility determinations, and documentation. Advise leaders and HR partners, develop ER projects and policies, implement ER technologies, deliver training, conduct legal research, analyze trends for prevention, and travel (~15-20%).

Lead employer brand events and partnerships across North and Latin America. Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, build stakeholder relationships, track ROI and KPIs, create content and campaigns to drive talent pipelines, and collaborate with DEI, Recruitment, HR, and Marketing to elevate regional employer brand.
