Leads UL Solutions’ global business services organization, overseeing finance and customer operations, payroll, data, process excellence, transformation, service delivery, controls, and strategic partners. Sets the GBS strategy and operating model; drives performance, cost efficiency, working capital, digital and AI enablement, governance, risk management, talent development, and enterprise change. Advises the CFO and executive leaders while leading global transformations, integrations, migrations, and sustained value realization across a complex multinational organization.

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Finance Officer, including complex calendar and international travel management, investor and Board meeting coordination, confidential financial reporting, executive communications, and special projects. The role manages stakeholder relationships, meetings, reports, SharePoint, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, office support, budgets, and operational records across Northbrook and Chicago offices.

Lead global calibration, measurement test equipment, and procurement processes across integrated laboratories. Harmonize procedures, ensure ISO 17025 compliance, manage equipment lifecycle and procurement standards, define KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and embed equipment workflows into digital platforms while engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and governance.
