Provide administrative and client-facing support for retirement and investment services: schedule appointments, manage calendars and communications, prepare seminars and materials, track referrals and brokerage paperwork, promote services to members and staff, maintain client database, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Process membership and deposit accounts and manage loan funding by reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, disbursing funds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serve as primary member contact for account opening and loan inquiries, validate eligibility and signatures to prevent fraud, and support software testing and process improvements.

Manage and develop a contact center team to meet service, quality, and sales goals. Hire, onboard, train, monitor calls, coach employees, resolve member escalations, ensure regulatory and compliance training, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement individual development and performance management plans.
