Provide worldwide Tier 2/3 support for Caterpillar digital products: troubleshoot software and API issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor product performance, document and communicate resolutions, maintain knowledge base and training materials, and coordinate fixes with development and dealer teams.

Support a portfolio of dealers on digital, eCommerce, and rental applications by gathering and validating business requirements, writing functional requirements and user stories, defining acceptance criteria and test cases, analyzing support data to drive process improvements, onboarding projects, coordinating support communications, and working with Agile delivery teams to deploy digital capabilities and improve dealer/customer experience.
