As Chief of Staff to the COO, you will lead special projects, prepare key engagements, act as a stand-in, and elevate insights on operations. You will be a trusted advisor ensuring that the COO can operate at peak effectiveness.

The Business Operations Senior Associate/Manager will partner with the Platform organization to optimize resource allocation, improve processes, and track portfolio effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and act as a liaison between departments.

The Senior Associate will enhance Regulatory Change Management by maintaining legal obligations inventory, reporting metrics, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing documentation while ensuring quality standards and collaboration.
