Design, implement, and scale core operational workflows; drive execution strategy and automation; perform data-driven analyses; and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to improve efficiency and operational health.

Lead the Patient Group's business operations: define strategy and operational frameworks, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to set priorities and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and hire/mentor a lean ops team to scale patient acquisition, core experience, growth, and partnerships.

Lead development of an insight-driven CX QA program—design rubrics, configure AI-QA tools, build automation, analyze conversation data, surface root causes, produce actionable reports, and partner with operations, BPOs, and enablement to improve agent performance and customer experience.
