Support the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer by managing calendars, travel, communications, meetings, events, and confidential priorities. Lead the Pakistan-based technical executive assistant team supporting Product and Technology leadership, establishing service standards, coverage models, and development paths. Coordinate across time zones, maintain organizational documentation, anticipate executive needs, and assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Manage sales strategy and revenue operations for Motive’s Strategic segment. Partner with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, territory design, reporting, analytics, and business cadences. Build tools using Salesforce, Snowflake, Hex, spreadsheets, AI agents, and workflow automation. Lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales productivity, support distributed analytical teams, and advise leadership on performance, deal velocity, and account potential.

Develop go-to-market strategies, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, build analytical models and dashboards, and improve operational efficiency. The role analyzes market trends, customer segments, competitive landscapes, and commercial performance while translating data into executive recommendations. It requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, spreadsheet modeling, SQL familiarity, and the ability to leverage AI tools in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
