The intern collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify process improvements and communicate business insights through presentations and summaries.

Supports a product and workflow migration by creating, auditing, organizing, and governing documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, job aids, communications, and training materials. The intern collaborates with Product, Process, Training, and Workflow Owners, identifies content gaps, tracks dependencies and migration readiness, coordinates training sessions, and provides progress updates. The role offers hands-on experience in creative operations, knowledge management, instructional content, cross-functional coordination, and change adoption.
