Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of US Solutions by leading strategic planning, executive communications, governance, performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate operating rhythms, business reviews, and special projects while developing recommendations and insights for senior leadership. Drive alignment, change management, organizational effectiveness, and execution across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.

Supports alternative data operations by monitoring source and furnisher quality, investigating customer issues, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, managing escalations, and coordinating customer integration projects. The role serves as an internal contact for data-source issues, partners with customers to audit reported data, communicates with stakeholders, and recommends solutions to improve operational performance and data reliability.

Lead B2B service platform strategy across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to drive automation-first and self-service transformations. Own governance, roadmap, metrics, and platform standards; reduce avoidable ticket volume; implement AI/automation; optimize case management, routing, knowledge, and portals; build business cases and measure outcomes; and recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Salesforce and service operations team.

Manage telecommunications provisioning and customer support tickets, process and interpret LSRs and related records (LOA, COB, CSR, LIDB, CNAM, E911), coordinate with vendors and customers, monitor queues, perform QA activities, and support training and special projects to ensure accurate, timely voice service delivery.

Manage and govern the Salesforce application portfolio, maintaining inventory, lifecycle, costs, and dependencies. Drive governance for onboarding, enhancements, renewals, rationalization, and retirement. Partner with stakeholders on roadmap, investment decisions, and capability mappings. Monitor utilization and develop dashboards and business cases to optimize portfolio value, compliance, and vendor relationships.
