Lead Business Controls for Global Operations (first line), implementing and executing 2LOD programs (RCSA, issue and supplier risk management, control testing). Advise senior leaders and partner with Compliance, Audit, and regulators; drive risk reporting, remediation, and continuous improvement to strengthen the control environment and support audits/exams.

Lead the development of a centralized framework for credit data engagement with CRAs, managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulations while focusing on data integrity and performance optimization.
