Provide multichannel travel support for corporate clients: manage complex bookings and itinerary changes, enforce travel policy, deliver VIP concierge service, monitor duty-of-care events and proactively reroute travelers, and resolve time-sensitive travel disruptions with excellent communication and tech skills.

Handle high-volume outbound calls to hotels and vendors to obtain folios, receipts, and resolve payment issues. Create and distribute pre-authorization and virtual card forms, follow up with travelers for payment info, coordinate credit card reversals, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to ensure seamless traveler experiences.

Lead and improve flights inventory operations by defining standards, designing scalable processes, using data to diagnose issues, driving reporting and automation, influencing product/tooling, and building AI-assisted triage and anomaly detection workflows. Coach teammates, run retrospectives, set OKRs, and ensure airline schedules, fares, and supplier feeds remain accurate to protect bookings and revenue.

Provide first-line IT support with emphasis on macOS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle (procurement, deployment, inventory, loaner pool), repair and warranty coordination, AV and accessories management, IT onboarding, device provisioning/shipments, office moves, and proactive hardware refresh planning.
