Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for myQ residential products. Lead product launches from concept to commercialization, conduct market and competitive analysis, partner with Engineering, Marketing, and CX to define requirements, manage financials and KPIs, act as Product Owner in Agile teams, and support GTM planning for e-commerce and retail. Represent product at events and ensure compliance with quality and data protection standards.

Own roadmap and success metrics for assigned feature areas; prioritize backlogs and document tradeoffs. Analyze product and user data to improve conversion and retention. Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and financial targets; support P&L objectives. Conduct voice-of-customer research, synthesize market trends, and improve product processes and team effectiveness.
