Build and coach high-performing teams, define success metrics, and integrate generative AI to improve personalized investing experiences and business outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Fiduciary Services and Plan Advantage. Manage a global cross-functional squad, define validated business requirements, prioritize work in an Agile framework, and deliver new products and features. Partner with research, design, sales, and client services to drive adoption, demonstrate product capabilities to prospects, and support ongoing product lifecycle decisions including rollouts, trials, migrations, and sunsetting.

Own the engagement platform for Managed Accounts: design event taxonomy, segmentation, instrumentation, experimentation, and measurement. Partner with engineering, marketing ops, compliance and product teams to build scalable, compliant automated journeys, prevent message conflicts, and improve enrollment and engagement metrics through data-driven experiments and KPI reporting.
