The role requires strong trading-domain knowledge, analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of platform features.

Lead a team delivering market and partner solutions for futures proprietary trading. Provide subject-matter expertise, gather market intelligence, inform product and partner strategy, support partner lifecycle engagements, and collaborate with Business Development to drive retention and growth. Own team KPIs, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional enablement.
