Serve as a business analyst for market infrastructure, translating product and process improvements into end-to-end solutions for post-trade lifecycle. Work with stakeholders, developers, and operations to implement complex IT changes, document progress, and ensure regulatory and deadline compliance. Requires domain knowledge of derivatives/equities, FIX, SQL, and stakeholder leadership.

Define functional and non-functional requirements for a global trade capture application; document end-to-end processes; liaise between business stakeholders and development; support UAT and releases; provide production support and incident resolution; help shape product vision and promote change across global teams.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to gather and translate requirements, maintain product backlog, run Agile ceremonies, lead UAT and production support, document systems and processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve client-facing digital payment instruction workflows.
