Serve as an IT Business Analyst for market infrastructure: analyze and improve post-trade processes and systems, translate product/process improvements into end-to-end solutions, work with developers and stakeholders, lead change initiatives, document progress, and ensure regulatory and operational requirements are met. Use SQL and Excel for analysis and support trading system integrations (FIX, MFT).
