Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, managing budgets, risks, milestones, and project teams. Develops portfolio-level reporting, analyzes IT delivery metrics, ensures compliance and audit alignment, and partners with executives and regulatory stakeholders. Coaches project managers, facilitates Agile and SAFe planning activities, trains teams on PMO standards and tools, and drives delivery excellence, organizational change, and continuous improvement across portfolios.

Coach and support Agile teams to enable high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, provide visibility into progress and metrics, facilitate PI/release planning and Inspect & Adapt, maintain team backlogs in Azure DevOps, optimize flow using Kanban and DevOps practices, and contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence and program-level execution.
