Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions. Build dashboards, reports, workflows, automation, and integration configurations. Conduct discovery with stakeholders, produce architecture documentation, provide QA, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful client adoption.

Lead and manage multiple digital projects and a small team of Project Managers from inception to delivery. Serve as Scrum Master, oversee scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coach and mentor staff, enforce information security and data protection practices, partner with client services and business development, and implement process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
