Own and run the monthly release program for Toast IQ: set platform-readiness standards, manage technical dependencies and risk, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and naming, instrument launch health and reporting, and establish governance and rhythms that scale multi-team agent launches.

Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise IT systems initiatives, unblock technical bottlenecks, integrate and consolidate tooling, drive user adoption and training, build dashboards and post-mortems, and serve as strategic liaison between IT domains and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional IT programs.
