Coordinates web marketing workstreams across SEO/AEO, CRO, and quarterly launches. Partners across marketing, engineering, agencies, and business operations to align priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies.

Lead end-to-end deployment of Braze AI decisioning solutions, including use case design, operating model definition, technical configuration, integration architecture, workshops, and UAT. Manage customer stakeholders, deliverables, risks, and executive communication while improving deployment processes and playbooks. Contribute conceptual machine learning and architectural expertise and influence the product roadmap through customer insights.

Own and scale Braze’s customer proof-of-concept program across the Solutions organization. Design POC methodology, resourcing models, operating cadences, risk frameworks, playbooks, tooling, and reporting. Track program metrics such as volume, cycle time, win rate, and utilization, while improving processes through data. Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers, forecast demand, and improve POC outcomes. This is an individual contributor role focused on program operations rather than direct customer engagement ownership.

Lead and grow a BSA and TPM team to define and execute CX systems strategy and roadmap across Post Sales functions. Own vendor selection, implementations, AI adoption, data integrations, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment to drive operational excellence and scalable CX technology.
