Aligns managers, contributors, and subject matter experts; facilitates meetings; communicates milestones, risks, and decisions; resolves routine issues; and escalates obstacles. Supports onboarding and training programs, validates project data, maintains SharePoint or Teams resources, documents repeatable workflows, and recommends process improvements. Provides coordination guidance and workload support across Academy and Residency sales initiatives.

Manages technology projects from scope validation through delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, procurement, documentation, and client communication. Partners with engineers, sales, customers, and third-party consultants across multiple technology stacks. Leads cross-functional teams, negotiates scope and change, ensures profitability and stakeholder satisfaction, supports presales opportunities, and mentors associate project managers.
