Lead the Data Foundations program to establish data-as-a-product practices. Own cross-functional execution, reduce technical debt, drive adoption of data governance, implement self-service data infrastructure, and maintain program health artifacts (RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps).

Lead and grow a North America Implementation Engineering team to deliver scalable payment integrations and onboard strategic customers. Serve as escalation and technical/operational partner, drive continuous improvement and global process change, collaborate cross-functionally, and define strategic initiatives to advance team OKRs while preserving company culture.
