Leads demand planning and collaborative forecasting across multiple product families. Responsibilities include preparing 18-month demand plans for S&OP/IBP reviews, quantifying risks and opportunities, maintaining forecasting models, managing SAP APO functionality, aligning consensus forecasts with supply planning, supporting new product transitions, and contributing to budgeting and scenario planning. The role also drives forecast accuracy, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports the Sales and Operations Planning process through supply planning, data analysis, reporting automation, KPI tracking, and production scheduling coordination. Analyzes sales, inventory, forecast, capacity, and service-level data to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions. Partners with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, and leadership to improve supply chain performance, customer experience, reporting practices, and cross-functional decision-making.
