Lead and evolve IT vendor management strategy, oversee strategic contract negotiations and renewals, implement vendor performance metrics and risk framework, manage software/hardware asset tracking and cloud entitlements, run RFP/RFI and vendor assessments, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, drive process improvements, and lead a global vendor management team including performance management of direct reports.

Lead global indirect sourcing for enterprise services and IT, build category strategies, drive supplier consolidation, shape demand upstream, standardize processes and governance, personally lead complex IT negotiations, and grow a capability-focused sourcing team to deliver measurable commercial value.

Conduct independent on-site social compliance and human rights audits of factories, review documentation, produce clear English reports, verify corrective actions, support supplier development, collaborate globally, and maintain confidentiality and audit quality.
