The role monitors vendor performance, ensures insurance and compliance requirements, analyzes capacity and location alignment, resolves escalated client issues, and recommends improvements or vendor termination. It also supports account onboarding, vendor relationships, meetings, projects, and occasional travel to assess vendor opportunities.
