Packages, prints, seals, audits, and ships payroll checks, W-2s, and other payroll materials. Maintains client package specifications, shipment records, inventory, equipment, and quality controls. Monitors payroll schedules, communicates deadlines, coordinates with shipping vendors, and collaborates with Customer Care and Payroll Operations. The role requires independent work, accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to support high-volume shipping operations, including occasional work until 8 p.m. or later.
